Bob Ward Construction and Rentals was started by Bob in 1973. Bob started rehabbing some of the older homes in and around the Groveport area. He quickly moved to building several twin singles and the apartments that are located on Front and College. Bob's business  grew in a  more commercial direction when he purchased 8 acres on Hendron and the Landmark complex on Front Street. Bob's daughter Diana and her husband George Bright joined the company in 1994. Since that time  our storage, commercial and residential buildings have increased. We offer self storage with over 200 storage units of every size along with a wide variety of commercial buildings with a multitude of uses. While we no longer own the apartments we do have several homes that we rent out in the Groveport area.
